Finally got the right answers…those highlighted words were bugging me…TYSM!!!! I can live with not minimizing for now, I just wish I didn't have to tiptoe around my own system. I followed this suggestion to unplug the monitor and it felt like magic to have it come back looking normal again once I plugged it back in. Microsoft has added a huge shadow effect for window borders which may look good for some people but personally I don't like this new shadow effect. sounds like artifacting to me. 120 hours in I also started to get artifacting but switching to hdmi and that solved the problem for me and gta was the only game
