Thanks! but it seems to work a bit longer than Firefox. I tried resetting all the settings in IE and turning most of McAfee off but nothing worked until I reset winsock.

In other browsers you simply type in th eurl and it goes trhere--- AND the page works- buttons and links too. I tried to follow all your methods but still it used to repeat.
