It should be self explanatory. Seeing that administrator's can change the passwords of administrators, access to any local administrative account will yield an entry to the user account control panel applet. This will ask for a password. it's a way to recover it?
Always save the admin name and pw somewhere so not to forget it, as this will be your repair and safety account. In WinXP, on booting, the system asks for password with the username as "Administrator" already entered in it. maybe u can shed a little light on that for me.
